Latul Hasan began his career at Bigapple Builders Limited as a Monitoring Officer on January 1, 2014, where he excelled in overseeing project progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance. His strong performance led to a promotion to Assistant Manager on January 1, 2016, where he supported project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and staff management. On July 1, 2017, Latul Hasan was promoted to Manager, a role he held until December 28, 2022. As Manager, he led project meetings with engineers, architects, and contractors, and managed the entire project life cycle from planning to delivery. His leadership and dedication were critical to the successful completion of numerous projects.

Due to her excellent performance and professional growth, she was promoted to Accounts Officer on January 1, 2022 and continues to serve in this position to date.
